  • Yes! We offer a small discount on pre-order items as a special incentive. This discount is available exclusively for customers who place an order before the product is officially released or restocked.

  • Pre-order items typically require about one month before they are ready to be shipped. The exact shipping date will be provided to you once your order is processed. While we aim to fulfill pre-orders as quickly as possible, shipping may take a bit longer depending on product availability and any unforeseen delays.

  • Yes, you can! However, if you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, we will hold your entire order until all items are ready to ship. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders or or emailing customer service at customercare@boopique.com

  • We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order via email. If there are any delays or changes to the expected shipping date, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Please be sure to triple check your address as Boopique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.

  • Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to expedited or express shipping methods. For orders under $150, we charge a flat shipping fee of $10 for standard delivery.

  • Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. If you don’t see your tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to our customer service team.

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and UnionPay as well as Afterpay during checkout.

Shipping Information

Return Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at return@boopique.com to start the process.

  • Opened or used items, final sale or pre-order items are not eligible for return.

  • Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the returned item reaches us safely.

  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirming the return has been completed. If you're eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. If your payment method is no longer valid, we will issue a store credit.
